Apparently, the portal only picks collects data from a date. I really wish it had the ability to select specific timelines, so that the report generated only covers the period of interest.
We usually select a duration from Monday to Friday, which is noted as working days.
the auto generated report is very robust as it generates pie charts and in-depth network and data usage. Although the fact that it 24 hours. We have no visibility as to which time the system reached peak hours, (where clients are heavily using network bandwidth) compared to non working hours
So in detail;
Generate General Report -Like from, Monday to Friday
Working Hours -7am to 5pm
