    We are working through this same scenario and having that level of control is key to successfully moving forward. Right now, the only solution seems to be to stand up a separate tenant for each of the areas. You lose visibility across the whole of your environment though. Plus, you have two things to manage and monitor.
    RBAC is there. This level of control just seems to me to be the reason why you'd want RBAC at all.

    We are looking at changes to help avoid large numbers of reboot related alerts. This work is not yet planned, so I can’t provide a date, but the proposed implementation would be as below.

    For urgent reboots, e.g. to complete removal of a competitor product being replaced, users will see a notification immediately.

    For non-urgent reboots (i.e. where protection is maintained), users will not see a reboot for the first 2 weeks (typically they will reboot in this time anyway, e.g. for windows updates).

    If not rebooted for 2 weeks they will see a notification they can dismiss.

    The reboot notification be persistent on an endpoint; it will require acknowledgement by the user to clear it. We would expect to have a registry key to be able to prevent this behaviour for systems like shop tills, advertising displays and so on.

    If a further week goes by without a reboot…

    I found that there is a way to get this information on the main Phish Threat dashboard for ALL campaigns. Not bad, but not useful when the numbers are large. If you want to treat the results from each campaign differently, you're still faced with the task of manually creating the enrollment list - either by adding your target users or removing the non-target users (whichever is less work, I guess).
    Having "Not Completed" within each campaign is much more useful.
    Although I can still imagine a use for the one on the main dashboard. Maybe.

    If you use the "Send Reminder Emails Daily" feature in the campaign, they'll get their URL in the reminder.
    Though I do wish we could set the reminder count and frequency as we could in v1.

    I voted it up though because it would be handy to have when people report that they are having issues with the training/quiz module.

    We addressed this by setting up a training-only campaign as a launch to the overall program. We used the "Intro to Phishing" video.
    It was communicated ahead of time so that people knew to expect the training enrollment email.

    This worked for the most part. Some people reported the training email as suspicious, but not many.

    We're at almost 80% complete with a week to go in the campaign.

    As I work through my first campaign, I am finding that this is fast becoming a requirement.
    Either this or the ability to better filter results and create a campaign from the filtered set. For example, "All users that have opened the training enrollment email but have not yet completed the training" may indicate some technical issue and need separate attention.
    Whereas "All users that haven't opened the email" might just need to be enrolled in a fresh campaign.

    When you download the CSV of the results and filter through the data, you can get that level of focus. However, there is no straightforward way to import that data back in to the system to create a specific campaign.

    I am looking for this kind of functionality as well. We have two different teams that would administer two of the products (Endpoint and Server). We'd like to see the ability to keep the groups separate in terms of access, but also the notifications are important to be able to direct to the appropriate group.

    The Outlook Add-in is available for Windows, Mac, and Outlook for web clients. We are evaluating the possibility of supporting additional means of reporting phishing emails in the future.

    An API to be able to script moving reported email messages from a ticketing system.
    We plan to roll out the Outlook plugin, but our current method for reporting is via our ticketing system. Being able to pull details and attached email messages from the ticketing system would help keep the Threat visibility accurate because it's all in one place.
