100% agree. I have had 2 clients ask for this feature of late.
In S.A. one has the ability to acquire bandwidth from an ISP with an "SLA", that is practically assurance of a specific speed set (within a minor marginal deviation - in reflection to "Best Effort" / "Net Neutrality").

However, SLA stating 100Mbps (up/down) and at times receiving 1Mbps/0,5Mbps is a rather large deviation.
When approaching the ISP, we are told to take all equipment off their device and do a direct speed test (...sometimes it still show poor performance and other times they reset on their end and things look fantastic, ...only to dip in throughput in a couple days time)

What would be Fantastic is to be able to set a "WGet" type utility on the WAN port that you could set a number "n" of predefined / scheduled checks over a specified time (...similar to a "SpeedTest") - that could produce a report based over time to indicate to the ISP
"What we are Receiving from the ISP"
    vs.
"What we are Using from the ISP" (which is available at present)
