This is being implemented as part of a larger project, which makes some under-the-hood improvements to configuration handling, which is why this has not been implemented sooner.

This will be implemented in a future release. It is being included as part of a larger project, to generally improve configuration capabilities across the product. Version for release is not yet confirmed.

This would be a great feature, I have a website that is allowed access from only 1 IP address, because soap commands are coming in from one webserver. Now I have to arrange that with NAT, but I miss the security that the reverse proxy server provides.
Not similar to cisco's running config and startup config, that's useless, because you still need to reboot the device for that.
Similar to Juniper's commit/rollback (commit confirmed) functionality, that's an extremely powerfull feature! But the idea is great!
