  1. Better Search

    Need to be able to search based on any part of the device or username and not in order. Makes it really difficult to find what I am looking for when I have to know the exact order.

  5. Functionality

    In the Dashboard under Usage Summary, Endpoint User Activity Status, I can highlight the various Statuses, but it would be useful to click on say the "not protected" and be able to jump to a list of clients with this status. I would also suggest the same thing for the Web Status i.e. Web Threats Blocked, would take me to a list of said blocked threats. Thanks.

  6. Health Service order

    In Sophos Central under devices and status the Services are not always listed in same order and this makes it harder to determine if any are actually missing and not really being reported. Suggest adding a number in front of the services name and order by that number or fix the order so it list all in the same order for all clients and maybe a Total number of services easy to compare if all are there or not

  7. Automatic cleanup options for old machines

    We have over 3000+ machines that have not checked in for over a month. We NEED some way to either set a policy to automatically cleanup old/inactive machines or at least be able to select in bulk and delete them.

  8. Email Subject modification

    There should be someway to customize the subject lines in email alerts to make them more useful. the default ones have no useful information in the subject or push it to the end of a long line of words that have no value. At the very least the device name should be at the start of the subject.

  10. Peripheral wireless encryption control

    We would like to be able to control encryption strengths for wireless connectivity (e.g. WPA2 only), not just allow and block in general.

  11. Allow Phish Threat exemption from check box in Central Email Gateway

    Both are Central Products. If I know I'm waging a Phish Threat campaign against an email domain that is hosted in Central, I should be able to whitelist phish threat for that domain with a checkbox on the email policy. As it is, I can't whitelist by IP address in Central Email, and I have to type each Phish Threat domain into the allow list.

    checkbox: "Exempt Phish Threat IPs and Domain Names".

  12. parent/child updates (without a server on site)

    Trying to adjust update management at my site. Plan was to have one computer (at each site) to get the Sophos updates, and give it to the rest of the computers at that site (we are a small, multi- site company)

    rub is that there is not a server on site at any of these locations (servers are in the cloud)

    Can this NOT be done with the Update Management policy?

  13. Update status symbol when alert cleared

    When an alert is resolved or marked as cleared, the status warning triangle should immediately revert to the green tick.

  14. email alert customization

    I need to be able to adjust settings around email alerts.
    They have become white noise because they are very ineffective.

    machines have been off for the weekend.... 20 emails because they haven't updated.
    machines missing software.... because they are in the middle of updating

    machines being missed because of email throttling, so our techs always have to be in the console looking at alerts.

  15. Granular scanning capabilities on the scheduled scan

    The ability to create a scheduled scan per disk rather than the entire server. I have a VM running in Azure with over 10 virtual disks within a storage pool (over 10TB's of data) The normal scheduled scan does not complete out of hours and it would be wonderful if i could schedule a daily scan for each disk

  16. Delegated Adminkonto für Partner

    Wir vermissen die Möglichkeit, unsere Sophos Central Kunden über eine "delegated Admin" Verknüpfung diekt aus dem Partner Dashboard zu verwalten. Es wäre für die Partner-Admins eine Erleichterung, wenn man direkt aus dem Partner-Portal in das Backend des Kudenkontos gelangen könnte.

  17. MLA on Sophos Central Admin panel - Security

    Like using the Sophos console - but worried that should my account be compromised someone could alter my details and I would lose all functionality. Would like to see in the near future multifunction authentication or an option to add a phone number - so each time you login a code is sent to your mobile. Also the ability to see who has logged in and changes made per account - and the ability to revert changes or backup your console settings.

    Allow us to adjust notification settings so if a clients PC is off over the weekend it doesn't notify us as this is expected.

  19. intuitiveness might need revisiting

    Resetting a password should be the simplest thing in the world to do. I have been trying to figure out how for 15 minutes. Including reading a very long page listing no less than 10 different procedures for doing the same thing depending on your setup. Give your stuff to people who've never used it before. If they can't figure out even the basics then it isn't intuitive and probably should be redesigned. end feedback.

  20. Support Issue

    Its very hard to get Sophos support. After opening the ticket I use to get the reply mail after 3 to 4 hours and get the solutions after 2 or 3 days.
