Will never recommend SOPHOS again
I have wasted a full day trying to REMOVE sophos from a single server. You have done a GREAT job. Its IMPOSSIBLE! Congrats.

That can happen, when you don't have enough knowledge about the product.
You can use for example SophosZAP to remove the product very quickly.
