Allow a message to be re-delivered after a successful delivery.
We are reviewing the Email Gateway for replacing our current Barracuda SPAM Appliance. One thing the appliance allows that Sophos Email Gateway doesn't allow is the ability to redeliver a message even if it's already been delivered successfully. We have the ability to do that now within the Barracuda appliance. Support is telling me it isn't possible in the Gateway. Once in a while I have a user that has deleted an email by mistake and emptied their trash. I've needed to get that message again without having to bother our customer to resend it.
