If you apply the role of administrator to a user in Central Admin, you will receive a "Set up my password" email.
The email of "Set up my password" has no expiration date, and there is no function to resend the email when it is mistaken for spam and deleted.
Some customers strongly request the addition of a simple "set email password" email resend function.
