Redesign Email Notification
At the very moment the Email reporting feature for alerts is almost useless. Two examples:
When a client is updating itself, the admin receives an email stating that ClientXYZ does not comply with the policies. This is true for 30sec until the update process finishes but the reseller gets dozens of customers calls / support requests.
A really important alert isn't send at all: Server / Client needs a reboot. When a machine needs a reboot to finish updating or removing malware an email should be send. At the very moment we notice the required reboot by chance when doing other tasks for the customer on its servers. As a reseller we do not sit and wait on every server or every manufactures web portal.
So please redesign the Email notification completely with the following options
Introduce different categories regarding the importance of an event (eg reboot required important, client updating at best informational)
we as admins / resellers deceide based on the different categories wether or not we want to receive an email notfication and to which email address the according notification should be send. There may be different ones for each category.
Change the color of the Sophos tray icon base on its "unusual" state for the customer to be able to notice the unusual state. Useful on clients (see other feature request)
