Central Admin "Global" Custom Reports versus current support only for per-user custom reports
Currently, with regard to custom reports in Central Admin: (1) Sophos requires that each user create their own custom reports (with access to those reports restricted only to the user/login that created the reports) and (2) Sophos clearly recommends that custom reports be configured to email a link to the report (which is a more secure way of delivering the reports).
In order to share reports with our entire admin team, we created a new user in Central Admin (tied to an email distribution list) and then created our custom reports under that user account. However, when the custom reports links get emailed to our email distribution list, this REQUIRES that each admin login as the aforementioned user account in order to SECURELY view the reports. This compromises administrative audit logging within Central Admin (a security violation) and often results in our admins just "skipping their own login" and instead logging into Central Admin using the 'reports' user account.
It sounds very reasonable, and secure, if Sophos would allow for the creation of custom reports and then allow access to the "email link" from ANY authorized administrative account.
To expand a little one thing that would be beneficial is to provide the ability to schedule a report from the MSP partner portal to be sent in a one to many fashion.
