Fix Outbound Spam Filtering
Allow confirmed spam outbound to be quarantined and inbound to be deleted by having separate settings for inbound and outbound.
Allow outbound filtering to be turned off.
Or get better at recognizing confirmed spam. We have constant problems with false positives outbound. They're not even marketing emails. Last time they were legal documents for a court case, and Sophos decided it would delete them.
At the very least, having an Administrative override whereby a suspected spam outbound message is quarantined and can then be verified and allowed by a Super Admin is needed. The concept that a suspected outbound spam is simply deleted with no other allowed action is, as previously mentioned, back-breaking.
Sophos, PLEASE FIX THIS. End users are furious. We should be able to configure/manage outbound spam settings and fix false positives.
We also have this issue, outbound emails are randomly deleted. Usually with PDF attachements. I have been through it with support but the issue persists.
Strongly support this improvement. Having a legitimate Outbound email deleted is absolutely back-breaking. An independent configuration for outbound message actions is a necessity.
