ProductManagement should monitor and review Sophos Ideas - we need more feedback!
The Sophos Ideas Forum is currently a one-way channel. Many customers give their feedback, but extremely few feedback comes back from Sophos to the customer. In the fewest cases, a member of the PM team is commenting the suggestions. Many suggestions have been in the queue for months without any feedback. This is particularly annoying, as the path via "Sophos Ideas" is named as the only way to provide feature requests (Requests through technical support will be declined).
I would like to see
a) regular reviews of new proposals and regular feedback from the PM
b) Clear rules on what conditions Sophos will consider an idea to be relevant (do many votes automatically mean that an idea will be implemented? Does the number of votes affect prioritization?)
