Support team needs to be more interactive and supportive. ref request#9125264
Support ticket #9125264- I had requested to call back after 3pm SYD time on 29/08/2019.
Some one called earlier at 2:30pm couldn't pickup because I was in a 2-3Pm meeting then no call at all. Right after the meeting, I have email back to support team requesting to call back , still no hearing from Support team. Not happy with the support experience, issue is still on. I hope this feedback would get heard and expecting call back on above open support request. :(
