improve granularity for service issues
Please improve the granularity or impacted services visibility on https://centralstatus.sophos.com/#!/
The site is helpful but does not give visibility of the interconnected-ness of different components.
For example on 3/11 we encountered an issue where we were unable to report bad messages using the Report Message add-in.
The Status page lists a service issue for "Sophos Central Admin Dashboard" with the issue description of "03/11/2019 1:51 pm UTC
Policy rendering is failing intermittently on accounts that are hosted on our US Regional Database. Multiple teams are engaged and working to resolve the issue ."
Per support this could have affected the PhishThreat, but there's not really a way to gain that understanding from the issue description.
Perhaps a subcategory of the products available within Sophos Central?
Wanted to add some additional context to this. From 4/1 to 4/2 we were unable to use the "report Message" add in successfully. However Sophos Central Status page shows 0 issues during this time.
