Hide tray icon on terminal servers - Server Protection Advanced
Please give us an option in the policy to disable the tray icon or the tray icon information balloons. If an event is triggered on terminal servers, every logged in user on this terminal server sees a balloon with the triggered event and the issuing user account. This can be very embarrasing to the user.

Need option to disable tray icon when using Citrix Published Applications because users end up seeing multiple Sophos UI tray icons, one from their own machine and one for each Citrix server they may be connected to.

This would be an amazing feature. We are new customers and I just got a call from about 20 people on an RDS host that all received a notification in the system tray that Web Management restarted. We don't need our users calling the help desk for this, so hiding this would be great. I actually like the icon in the system tray, just need to be able to disable notifications either on the user or machine level.

We have no plans to hide the tray icon. It is possible via policy to disable the desktop notifications so that the balloon message is not seen.
We are aware that there are some policy options that do not have an option to disable desktop messaging; we are working to include this option
