email alert settings
Thanks for making it possible to receive email alerts from multiple sub-estates! Now can you add the sub-estate name to the alert?
Please include the sub-estate name in the email alert subject line of the messages sent to addresses in the "Email Alerts settings" of individual sub-estates. This can be done since the upgrade on 7/14/18 now includes the sub-estate name for email alerts sent to administrators of a sub-estate.
Now that my email address is in the "Email Alerts Settings" and I'm receiving email alerts from different sub-estates, I can tell there is a problem, I just don't know in which sub-estate the endpoint is located.
For each sub-estate, select Global Settings, then under the General category you should see "Alert Email Settings." By clicking on this you can add email addresses to send alerts to for that sub-estate. No, there is no way to select which alerts send messages. Any email address gets messages for all alerts. Be Careful! On that same screen is the option to get an alert each and every time one happens no matter how often. So be sure that's what you want before you turn that on.
When the feature first started, the alerts from the sub-estate I manage directly contained the sub-estate (or company name since they're the same for us) in the subject line of the email alert. Now, all the email I get no matter what sub-estate generates it contains the same source identification in the subject line which is not so helpful.
It would be so much more helpful if the sub-estate name was part of the email alert message.
Where is this email alert from multiple sub-estates?! My local pre-sales guy had me go and add our email under every client! Can you tweak which emails you get notified for?
