Uninstall and Repair Endpoints via Sophos Central
The uninstall and repair options via console would make it easier to manage a large number of machines, mainly because sometimes it is difficult to get access to some of them.

A follow up to this is if a MSP it is beneficial to be able to remove Sophos Central from endpoints if a customer decides they would like to move to another product.

Any updates on this? I've got probably at least a quarter of my machines that are missing services, mainly because they fail to install initially, either from not downloading in a timely manor, or failing to download period.

This feature has come/will come to late for us! Should have been present from the beginning!

We are testing an implementation of an "automatic self repair" capability. We hope to include it in an Early Access Program, perhaps as early as next month, with a view to it being included as a standard feature in the next mainstream software release, likely due around April or May.
It will check for missing or stopped services on each update, and start any stopped ones and trigger a reinstall for any that won't start or are missing. It will also re-checksum all files to look for file corruptions, downloading new copies of any that are found to be corrupted.

Please make this happen!

There is already a re-protect option in the console, it would be good to understand what issues are remaining on endpoints after they have been re-protected.

Essential feature to have the ability to uninstall from the Sophos Central Management console.
Most competitors (BitDefender, Webroot etc) have functionality like this, which is used when a computer is being retired, moved to another departement/(sub-estate), troubleshooting purposes etc.

One more Up Vote on this one. The ability to uninstall the client from the Central console is essential and basic functionality.

This or a utility to simply forcefully remove the software when it ends up in a "stale" state. We always have the same issues after reinstalling as it retains so much "garbage" from the previous installation.
