Sophos Central Email Quarantine settings
We need this...
I can’t set the Send a quarantine summary email more than once a day.
If you want to select the country you cannot use the drop-down list keyboard shortcut.

We need to send quarantine digest to our users twice a day. This would be a nice feature.

Multiple Quarantine summary messages a day are a must, as is the ability to white list per user

Yes individual white-listing per user (that overrides a global one) would be perfect! MSP Mail (Was GFI MaxMail) used to do this. Also the ability to delete more than one item at a time in the Quarantine is helpful even though it purges automatically after 30 days.

This, and I would also add the possibility to localize the email with other languages.

Should definitely allow for at least 2 emails per day for the quarantine. Morning and afternoon. We have not migrated our clients to Central Email because of this.
Also, the ability to whitelist the sender of emails that constantly get stuck in quarantine would be great. This is a feature from GFI MaxMail (now Solarwinds MSP Mail) that we miss a lot!!!
