Scan all Endpoints from Sophos Cloud
I think it would be a good idea if you could bulk select protected devices and start and AV scan from the console, we had a suspect email come through and wanted to scan all computers just to be safe, the only way to do this is by creating a policy and applying it to all computers.
Seriously??! THIS will be the main reason I suggest we move away from this product
New to Sophos and find it a sever over site for this to not be an option!
This has been a question asked many times, since Sophos Central was first released. The complete lack of any response and seeming inaction, from anybody at Sophos, regarding this, speaks volumes.
WE REALLY NEED THIS!!!
Please, Sophos, give us some kind of feedback as to why you can't do something this simple in 4 years!! Almost to the day...
we really need this.

I'd like to see this functionality too.
Ideally I'd want to be able to initiate and report on status via an HTTPS API call so we can track completion via automation.
My ideal plan would be -
1. Pull list of machines in use from system register,
2. Kick off a manual scan for all machines.
3. Report back on machines that are yet to complete the scan.
4. Investigate \ rince\ Repeat.
Can we get some input from the product/dev team on this, please? It is a gaping hole in the basic functionality of the console that has been hanging around, like a **** in a spacesuit.

I totally agree, why can't there be a way to mass select any number of endpoints and kick off a scan.
This should be something that is added. OR, if one device detects a virus or suspect virus then it automatically triggers all PCs to scan without intervention.
But, having the ability to select all PCs and Scan on request is something even Microsoft Endpoint Protection can do using SCCM!
really? I can't select all, or even a group of computers and force a full system scan? Is this a joke?
How is this not a function of the system. I can't think of a more fundamental requirement of an AV system.
agreed, still cant find the option

This would be very useful as we have over 1000 clients.
