It would be good to have a filter option (or report option) for different encryption states.
For example; it would be great to know exactly what devices are encrypted via "TPM and PIN" or just by "TPM Only"11 votes
Thanks for the feedback. We’re planning to add this in a future release.
The new endpoint client on Windows 10 computers displays a red alert that says "Some services are missing or not running" and also that "Data Protection is off". These messages may contribute to unnecessary help desk contacts from observant end users worried about their protection. In reality, we haven't enabled data encryption on purpose and have no intention of enabling it on all systems. These alerts are unnecessarily disconcerting and you should provide us a means of disabling them.10 votes
A broader piece of work is in progress with the goal of improving the alerts displayed in Central.
CSV import for users would be very useful. Just need the two fields: Name, email.
This feature is coming soon.
Allow whitelisting (application control) of the Microsoft Azure Directory Synch Tool and all of its random and subsequent DLL files and directories.. The work around for this while the server is in lockdown mode is to manually exclude or allow the folder.3 votes
Send alert from only Servers, specific group etc.
Email Alerts setting should be more flexible.320 votes
Please add an option for devices leaving the company with the Cloud Endpoint solution installed (by mistake, not having possibility to uninstall, theft etc).
My suggestion would be an "ignore/block" option, where the Endpoint won't be able to update anymore (SAU) and doesn't appear in the console either.44 votes
We intend to modify the “delete” function so that devices have the protection software removed and tamper protection disabled. They will not show in the admin UI (by default) or use a license.
The admin can recover deleted endpoints in case of mistakes with deletion. To facilitate this, a few core pieces of Sophos software will be left in place, these can be removed by the end user if they wish (the admin would then need to do a full reinstall to “recover” the machine though).
