  1. Show last logins on dashboard

    It would be useful if a summary of the last admin logons (including IP addresses) was displayed on the dashboard. This would provide a quick reassurance that no admin accounts had been compromised.

  2. Allow me to remove the Global news window or at least hide it

    I would like to remove or hide the global news screen. It does nothing to make my setup productive and if anything it is annoying

  3. Show current policy version on endpoint about page

    It would be spectacular if policies had version numbers that were displayed in Central, and on the endpoint, so that admins would know when an endpoint receives it's policy and could visually verify it has the current policy.

    Need to quickly and easily validate policy on endpoint matches the policy on central. (show the policy version # in the about page)

    Policy changes of any kind would need to increment the policy version number.

  4. Sites are too hard to "allow" for users.

    We have Sophos Central. We continue to have issues with sites that are "Allowed" still not displaying correctly. Have been told that each underling individual image path has to be added as an approved site. Some sites have dozens if not more image links to other domains. This would be way to time consuming. Don’t understand why we can’t have an “Allow” for a site, for all users, and be done with it! We have had multiple tickets open and no real hope of seeing any improvement.

  5. Can't uninstalled

    Having experienced compatibility problems with endpoint I have uninstalled it yet it is a zombie program that has reinstalled itself. I can see that this may appear to be protection but genuine user removal should be effective. I have raised a support ticket to deal with this but there needs to be easy to find instruction on your site to remove unwanted Sophos products. There is no uninstall link in Dashboard! Why not? I can't see a close account link either.

  6. Kritische E-Mail

    Wäre es möglich eine kritische Mail raus zu senden, wenn z.B. binnen 10 Min 10 Rechner infiziert wurden oder eine PUA erkannt wurde? Sprich das man den Personenkreis bei einem größeren Ausmaß erst erweitert?

  7. Remote force reboot and restore deleted accounts

    Feature Requests:
    1) need an option to manually force or at minimum prompt a user to preform a reboot. I have multiple clients who's users have windows VM's that never get shut down. maybe a force reboot button beside scan now in the dashboard or make it an option for the admin to force reboots or not upon updating.

    2) Have a restore repository to restore users/computer accounts if accidentally deleted. Maintain it for around 7 day's and then delete. Currently if a client makes the mistake of deleting a computer. you have to remove and reinstall the client on…

  8. clickable usage summary

    Instead of "See Report" the Usage Summary items should just be clickable. These should also take you directly to the column in question.

  10. Mac OS local Cache update server

    I am going to have only 100+ macs on the network and need a local CACHE update server. The constant update from all the machines is using all of my bandwidth.

  11. Endpoint Download Possible Virus

    When downloading the Sophos Endpoint for Windows I got a possible error from my virus scans.
    I use Metadefender for small downloads on Chrome.

  12. Need clear visual indication of what endpoint software is installed where

    If you have multiple different Central products (endpoint protection/InterceptX/Encryption) installed on different systems, managing what software is installed where is extremely hard at the moment.

    These are things I want to know at a glance but currently can't find out:
    * Which of my systems have IntecerptX installed?
    * Which of my systems have Encryption installed?
    * Has InterceptX been properly installed on all the systems it's been enabled on?
    * Are all the computers in group X protected by InterceptX?
    * Are all the computers in group Y encrypted?

    Please consider adding an icon column to indicate enabled or…

  13. Applying policies in new portal inefficient

    This new portal update requires, if I want to apply a policy to a machine or user, that I go into each individual component of the policy, add the person, save, and move on to the next. This is terribly inefficient and , frankly, annoying.

  15. Threat Report

    There is Event log available to show which threat is detected but
    we need a report which shows number of threats being blocked everyday per server or endpoint

    so that we can keep an eye on the number of threats that are being blocked to make sure this server gets this many attacks..

  16. Support Tickets on site

    Hey Guys,

    Love the new site, took some getting used to but works better !

    A feature I'd love to see on the site is support tickets (open, closed, ...)
    Right now, the help feature creates a ticket and sends you an email but then it kinda goes into a black hole... until someone from support gets back to you.

  17. Help text does not match Sophos Cental UI.

    Help shown below does not match what is seen on Sophos Central.

    Ensure the computer where the threat was detected is up to date.

    Although the computer is checking for updates every hour, completing this step will ensure the very latest identities are loaded and give Sophos Anti-Virus the best chance of cleanup where possible. To do so:
    Locate the device in Sophos Central, either under 'Computers' or under 'Servers' in the left hand menu.
    Open the details of the computer or server.
    Click on the 'Update' action button.

  19. Cetral management usability

    Bulk Item actions is needed for management of large clients.
    Also the ability to sort views based on operating system and other properties would be very useful.

  20. Events report - don't automatically load events

    The Events Report view is very slow to open because it tries to load all events.

    If it defaulted to having no filters selected, the user experience would be improved because it would open much faster and then you could select the filters you wanted. At the moment you have to wait for it to load, and then deselect all filters, and then select the ones you want, and then wait again.
