For those accounts which do not have a username or email address, for some reason, you can't delete them. you will have to fill either the username and the email address in order to delete the account, and this is a problem if you have so many user names.
It would be nice to be able to delete the account(s) regardless.1 vote

It would be great to be able to create custom roles. That way we can have an admin role for example that wouldn't get notifications. Is this possible to add into Sophos management console?

Sophos don't make a PKG file available to download as this is not a supported deployment option.
It's really annoying, that we have to use time and money on this, hiring an external Mac consult to create a simple PKG installer for Antivirus Endpoint and Device Encryption.
Will you please consider add a PKG installer to Sophos Central Admin.
Cannot promote a superadmin to an Enterprise Admin , what if someone wears multiple hats that overlap which is usually the case.
Right now you need a separate email/login for the Enterprise dashboard forcing customers to use a personal or web email account.
I suggest that if a superadmin becomes an enterprise admin then allow them to choose their default dashboard view i.e login to a particular sub-estate or Enterprise view and be able to switch between them easily.

One notable feature of Sophos Home is window outline and framing, for example, when it encrypts keystrokes. (Or when a program is opened.) While this is cool at first, it can cause issues with a small number of applications. (Some were they don't use the standard Chrome, for instance.)
I am suggesting that maybe some preferences for toggling this behavior on/off should be added.4 votes
I'm not exactly clear on why Sophos has chosen to use cute statements on the last update or access to Sophos. In the GUI, it will say 7 minutes or 7 months, instead of the actual date and time. There are also no bulk delete operations for "I would like to delete all computers that have not been active for X amount of time. Would make this click fantastic interface actually useful.6 votes
Please create a feature that allows for custom security roles to be created, and/or for the existing default roles to be customized so we can better determine who receives notifications or restrict access to users.32 votes

Please add check all/uncheck all top end radio boxes to the Sophos Central panels. Alerts currently you have to check each individually. There is no way to select all. This seems to be an issue throughout Sophos Central. Some pages have the check/uncheck all at the top and others don't. Just looking for some consistency. Thanks.4 votes
New users are placed in the base policy.
It is not possible to see wich users in the base police are not in any other policy.
So when I import from AD I get "unmanaged" users (Base policy) and I don't know who..
A report of users with applied policys would be great!!4 votes

At the moment event log entries are truncated, and often the important information is obscured so that you have to hover the mouse over to see the details.
It would be useful if the width of the column could be increased.
The view I need to look at most often is the web control view, and it would be very useful if it was easier to distinguish between category blocks (with an indication of the category) and malware blocks.2 votes
