    Unable to download products from your download page using our corporate setup for securing chrome (HTTPSAnywhere, uBlockOrigin, and Bitdefender TrafficLight. The culprit appears to be TrafficLight.

  2. Make the download of sophos upgrade from cyberoam link available once the device is registered not after I ahve created an account etc...

    Have just spent the last 30 minutes trying to get the download link to upgrade a cyberoam firewall to a sophos one, this has been extremely frustrating. First I had to wait for some email to allow me to login to the sophos web page. eventually got that, now waiting to get the device to show in my console so I can upgrade. I can see why I was leaving the things on the old software. I have scheduled this for a certain time window as it involves down time and that window is rapidly closing. Could you really have…

  3. Fix Sophos Central

    Fix your Infrastructure, Fix Sophos Central.

    Slow, slow, slow! Every time I have an urgent need to add or edit a website to the website management it is slow, takes tens of minutes to load, sometimes never loading at all.

    Then after all that pain, it can take HOURS sometimes DAYS for our endpoints to get the update - is that providing good protection for endpoints? In case you don't know the answer, it is IT DOESN'T. It DOESN'T provide protection against real time threats at all. If we can't mitigate an attack by blocking a site then what good…

  5. Adding Peripheral Exemptions

    The Add Peripheral Exemptions table which shows detected peripherals is not user friendly, the columns do not appear to scale, which makes finding the target device more difficult to locate.
    Can the columns scale automatically?

    In addition, on the Add Peripheral Exemptions screen, when trying to locate a device you cannot sort/filter the columns by name or model which makes finding the device more difficult to locate.
    Can the ability to sort by column be added?

  6. Peripheral Exemptions

    The current method of adding peripheral exemptions is not a streamlined process in Sophos Central; you have to go through multiple screens and steps to unblock the device.

    When the peripheral gets blocked, it gets noted in the device status and event screen. It would be useful to unblock the device directly from these screens.

  7. Sophos Central credentials should be equivalent to "Sophos ID" for logging into the trouble ticket system.

    Our organization has purchased Sophos Central and InterceptX.
    Unfortunately we seem to run into a fair number of problems and thus we open support tickets. The ticket-creation email says that Sophos is moving to a new support ticket system and to login to https://sophserv.sophos.com. This login page wants a "Sophos ID" but for some reason our credentials used to login to cloud.sophos.com do not work. This is despite those credentials CLOSELY matching the stated purpose of a Sophos ID: https://www.sophos.com/en-us/mysophos/about-mysophos.aspx

    This seems ridiculous.

    1. I can’t set the Send a quarantine summary email more than once a day.


    2. If you want to select the country you cannot use the drop-down list keyboard shortcut.

  10. Establish Seperate MDM Networks with administrator restriction to each as needed.

    Feature Request:

    Segregation of users / devices by establishing the ability to create a separate network (see Meraki for example). This would greatly allow for us to have admins contained to being able to access only certain users / devices.

  11. Ability to export and import Global Exclusion

    When we have new MSP client, we have to add Global Exclusion every time. We need a way to export global exclusion from exiting MSP client and import it to new MSP client.

  12. More information about updates

    Hello, I received a notification message announcing a new software release for Sophos product. Now, in the 'Controlled updates' page of the Sophos Central console, releases are identified by release date. On the client, software version is identified with numbers. I cannot understand if I'm running the new or the old version. Furthermore, the 'view software release' link leads to a page where release notes for current software are not immediate. Also because current software version is unclear.

  13. Subscribe to outage updates

    add ability to subscribe to updates on https://centralstatus.sophos.com
    This would be extremely helpful as we have unprotected systems and compliance concerns while this current outage is going on. Also, there should be a banner alert when logging into sophos central so its obvious there are current issues.

  14. Make the Sophos Central Dashboard More Responsive

    Sophos Central is always horribly slow. It can take minutes for pages to load, today I get a 500 Server Error when clicking on items in the alerts list.

    All in all I would say the Sophos Cloud Service has one of the worst experiences of any SaaS I have ever used.

    well, that was an experience! With big letters you advertise Intercept X, great. I try to find something like system requirements to no avail... Have to subscribe to a trial licence to find out, that is is not for MacOS X! Please include system requirements in all product descriptions! I don't do Windows, and please cancel my subscription.

  19. Display of Reports

    In the old Sophos Enterprise Console, one is able to create reports using the built in tool which nicely numbered the the total number of specific alerts and displayed it well (ie: Number of PUA/Spyware/Adware/Suspicious Files/etc for the month or whatever time frame). Unfortunately I have yet to find a way to achieve this using the Sophos Central Logs & Reports feature.
