Could we have custom report which allows us to segregate machines based on various parameters such as OS / SITE / ETC.

This would help us get a better overview of our environment and protect the machines effectively.

Sophos Cloud Migration Tool should give options to select products and deploy the ones customer choose

Events Report screen with graph and events for range of dates should be a PRINTABLE item.

Why does such a high percentage of clients still fail to update without having to manually go through a process of shutting down the tamper protection and re-installing! Fix the bug...

Please add the ability to run SophosClean.exe from the management console as well as the ability to "Run As" so we can use elevated user rights as our users are not administrators of their machines.

So much for Intercept X! Cryptoguard kicked in to protect devices, but files were still encrypted!!! Still have a mess to now clear up. So what is it actually guarding against!

When running scans with Sophos Central, there is not status bar that shows the progress of the scans. This feature would be extremely useful when allocating time and resources to specific issues. This feature existed in the Sophos On-Prem solution, so I don't think it should be hard to do.

Sophos Cryptoguard is detecting VMS set up on Macs, and quarantining them. We were trying to use Anaconda, and it got quarantined.

I am going to have only 100+ macs on the network and need a local CACHE update server. The constant update from all the machines is using all of my bandwidth.

I want to be able to see in the logs where the schedule search for the policy applied to a device has completed. I have no way of telling if it ever happened.

Unable to take the computer and server inventory details based on Computer Groups from Sophos Central. If would be better if this feature is available.

It would be very useful if endpoint protection could pick up on systems that had either a reboot pending for windows updates, or an excessively long uptime (eg greater than a month).

We have Endpoint protection deployed across our org, but just added intercept x licenses, and so we are trying to deploy that to the org. We are looking for a way to deploy the installation packages using our deployment software (kaseya), while turning off and on tamper protection per endpoint. Hopefully that makes sense, if not please email me. Thank you for your consideration

Mark issues as resolved for a multiple machines at once, not one by one

Tamper Protection needs the ability to set a new password for the whole site. individual randomly generated passwords are a massive inconvenience and time waste.
