Currently, Sophos has not limited data access on the firewall.
No any rule on cyberoam for this.
we need to set limit 1 GB data then after reduce the speed of bandwidth like jio.
you can understand my problem and update your Cyberoam as per my requirement.
we want set rule Data speed to reduce after QOS limit. -

This product is so unfinished v17.1.1 it is incredible. So many many features half deployed or "on the road map" that are integrated into other similar products. Stunned that you charge for it still.

Maybe also add just fair bandwidth distribution. This is already build into the linux kernel: https://www.systutorials.com/docs/linux/man/8-tc-fq_codel/

The per-application would be great, and so would per-category.

I hope you add this feature as sophos xg degrade internet speed once user quota reached

I would like to be able to throttle users based on network bandwidth after a certain bandwidth usage threshold is met. This is similar to how the wireless providers operate. For instance, a user would get 5 gigs of un-throttled data usage (on a cycle), then after that the user is throttled down to maybe 1Mbps. So in this case, it would be a traffic shaping policy applied after a quota policy is filled.
I would really like to see that type of policy on a per-application basis, and then user policies are built up similar to how the web surfing policies are built, but I will settle for having it apply to a user's overall bandwidth consumption.
