Mail Protection: File Protection Quarantine instead of removing Attachment
Currently it is only possible to remove attachments from mails depending on file extensions or mime types. We would like to have a quarantine first approach which was possible on a SG.

That is a really neccessary function. No one filters out and do not offer an option to get the attachment!
please pickup this idea fast
please, integrate it fast (Sophos XG)!!!!!!!!

When will this be implemented?
Will someone from Sophos actually get back to us to let us know more information??

Today we changed from utm to xg. Now we find that the file protection mails do not go to the qaurantine, the mails can only be dropped. Please include this function from the UTM in the XG. Very fast!
Quarantine attachments is urgent for us and is an issue while migration to Sophos XG
please, integrate it fast (Sophos XG)

It's not just a wish.
This missing function is a showstopper for our customers

Add to that the ability to release the email with or without attachments rather than applying File protection scanning and removing un-scannable attachments.

When a E-Mail attachment is filtered by SMTP/S Malware Scanning Rule the Message (with attachment) should be moved into the quarantine. It´s easier to release it, then contact the sender to deliver the file via ftp server etc.
