Show all rejected mails in Mail Logs
If an email was rejected, due to invalid HELO or missing RDNS, you can't see this in the Mail Logs, only in the Log Viewer.
To make troubleshooting easier, this information should also be visible in the Mail Logs.
Yes, been asking about this for years with various reps ... we really, really need source/destination IPs in the Mail Logs, and maybe list the cause as an option. Determining what RBL someone has been dropped by is impossible unless the sender can get us their NDR somehow.. really a horrible implementation. The mail log viewer in UTM/SG is what we should have in terms of capability and information. It looks real bad when I can't produce a detailed screenshot, etc. that shows what IP was used, and subsequently, what RBL was triggered, when troubleshooting an XG Email issue.
A must have on the XG. UTM already have this. Thanks!

It would be great to see the mail servers IP of blocked mails.
Currently you know the mail is blocked from the mail log but when you go to the log viewer and check the mail log you only see mails that are "DELIVERED" "QUEUED" or "WARN". Inlcuding the "REJECTED" or "BLOCKED" mails would assist in troubleshooting as we don't know the IP address of the sending mail server.
Must have feature.
Highly requested, I cannot even see the logs for these emails in awarrenmta log file and sometimes it seems legitimate emails

Prior to 17.5 upgrade, you could see details about an email that was rejected\dropped (senders IP address, among other details) that seems to have been removed in this latest firmware. Hovering over the email in the mail logs says why it was rejected, but the only way to get more detail now would be to open an console session. Please add functionality back in future releases (we are running in MTA mode)
If an email was rejected, due to failed recipient verification, you can't see this in the Log Viewer or Mail Logs, only in the awarrenmta.log.
To make troubleshooting easier, this information should also be visible via GUI.
