Wireless VLAN tagging
Support teams have never been able to explain to me why VLAN tagging option is associated with an access point group. The configuration for VLAN traffic is within the wireless network configuration for each individual SSID so why have the option in group.
This is very confusing if you are supporting multiple SSID's within a group which traffic is assigned to multiple secure VLANs. Can this oversight be removed or at least explained within the group page if different.
VLAN tagging option configuration in AP group allows AP to pass control plane traffic over a Tagged /Encapsulated VLAN.
This helps users to Segment Control plane traffic in a network where all IP traffic is Tagged. Let us know if you need more information.
