We have been told time and time again, that the XG has feature Parity with the SG firewall. However this is not the case.
Can you please add the ability to block based on keywords. This feature is extremely useful when attempting to sell to a school or charity, or any organisation

We're able to block keywords in our end-of-life Sophos UTM devices. It seems crazy that the "Next Gen" XG doesn't offer the same functionality.
This works great in the UTM, but has been an issue with our XG migration.
Specifically, we use it on the mail proxy (MTA in XG) to provide an additional layer of filtering. Several SPAM & ransomware threat emails are consistently able to bypass our SG & XG mail proxies. These come from different senders, IPs, countries, etc. almost every time. Some of the messages are very similar, and nearly all have certain test (bitcoin, Japanese/Russian characters, etc.).
This is Web Protection part so this must be a keyword blocking. Wonder why the comments are about emails though. @_@
To be more specific, the XG firewalls do not have an email keyword filtering option which allows you to put keyworks, patterns etc to scan through the email, and quarantine based on finding those keywords/phrases/patterns.
We went from an SG UTM which had this feature, and now i find that this is not available in the XG is extremely disappointing, and potential security risk.
This needs to be included ASAP. It's one of the critical features (of which they're a few), missing out of the XG that the SG has. What would be even better would be to be able to score these keywords/patterns so that spam could be better identified.
Every Day i have over 100 of SPAM Like Viagra, Radar, Hair, Pills, Schnarchen ..... and my Sophos XG is not build for block this Keywords, this is a basic r ever i think.
Please add this feature
Can you please clarify - are you looking to block based on keywords in the URL, or in the page content?
