Customization in User Portal
1- admin have rights to add and remove Tab on user Portal
2- User Portal with login integration SSO.
3- Company logo on user Portal
4- User just view blocked SMTP Quarantine email, they don't have right to release email.

Ability to add/remove items from view in the user portal.
Add the company logo
Doesn't look hard to do but 3 years down the track nothing happening
Ability to set the user password for the SSP while adding or importing device users,
Ability to customize the email sent to the user
- Place token code text box on login screen instead of using a passcode in one textbox
- Custom branding of user portal
In UTM the ability to hide / disable portal categories is really useful for enterprise deployments. This absence of this feature in XG is really notable.

The features below are basic requirements these days and I am expecting sophos to make these available to us. (Like there competitors do)
1. Allow selected OU/ AD groups to access external user portal.
2. Place token code text box on login screen instead of using a passcode in one textbox.
3. Allow users to select any internal server for RDP. As F5 big IP provides it.
4. Allow control over hiding portal sections based on the user r group.
5. Allow custom branding of user portal.
6. Make selected clients available for downloads.
Be able to download the users' certificate and the XG certificate must be added. Thanks
@SOPHOS: THIS REQUEST EXISTS SEVERAL TIMES SINCE YEARS!!! WHY DON'T YOU ANSWER???
On the UTM it's a feature! (even not very good) Please listen to your users and implement this to your systems – we have to brand our User Portal!
(And why don't you bundle these request as one?)
Item 3 can be achieved relatively easily by manipulating the bannerup.jpg file on the firewall through the console. You will need some Linux skills and an SFTP server but it can be done. Unknow if it would survive a firmware update, likely not but if you leave a copy of your customized page on the firewall restoring it is as simple as copying the file over bannerup.jpg.
We seriously need this ability, the User Portal needs to be fully customizable. The ability to tailor the look and functionality of the user portal based upon user login is essential.

Community Response (https://community.sophos.com/products/xg-firewall/f/authentication/95634/prevent-user-change-password---user-portal) indicates this "new idea" suggests disabling Users from changing their password and/or enforcing complexity.
I'm not seeing either above. How is password complexity and/or granular control over what Users see in the portal not part of the functionality?

Why the customisation could not be the same as UTM user Portal?
Within XG most good features could be used from UTM as base for implementing.

I agree with this idea! This (and so much more) functionality was available in the SG series and has been unnecessarily stripped out of the XG series.
User Portal must be customizable by Admin, as per the requirements of the End-Users. For Example for Normal Users w/ privilege of releasing quarantine email, thus in his User Portal it should only contain Home>Personal Details, Internet Usage, SMTP Quarantine, Logout, remove unnecessary options like Download clients, Change Passwords etc., The Objective is to give more control on the Admin on this regards as per the End-Users requirements/privilege access.

How can we customize the user portal from Sophos Xg Firewall Admin console

Provide the user portal logo editing feature

1. SSL VPN page should not be visible to users who do not have access
2. UserPortal with login integration Single-Sign-On
Above two features are already there in XG Firewall, not sure about other two :)

It should be possible to disable any aspect of the User Portal page, and it should be possible to customize it at least with a custom logo. Custom colors would be even better.
I agree, or give the option to customize the user portal somehow. We don't use all of the features on the portal and it would be nice to remove what the users don't need to see.
Make menu options in the user portal group based. The majority of our users only need the smtp option. Only the system administrators need acces to vpn or other options.

Admin can disable the user name change in the user portal;
Admin can disable the display of the security group;
SSL VPN page should not be visible to users who do not have access =.;
UserPortal with login integration Single-Sign-On;
This is very much needed in the tool, since it is a security tool should also have this internal security regarding users.
