Content based email filtering
It would be very helpful if it we could set a filtering rule to bypass/mark an email if the content of the email contain certains words or phrases. I could be similar to a DLP rule but with custom parameters.

This would be VERY good!
Sophos your support is kind of whack. International and local.
Total agree, it's not acceptable that a firewall of this price give so little in fine control email spam!

Sophos XG firewall doesn't have a lot manual features to play with in the email classification department.
One that is very important and is missing is the classification by keyword in subject and/or body of an email along with the possibility to change the the value of the classification that certain keywords have to stop an email.
We need more flexibility in this department, we need a much more fine control of what we let in and what we don't want, and right now Sophos XG firewall won't give that fine control that i thought it would give.
I hope you do something about this very soon because changing from Spamassassin to Sophos XG Firewall to find out that Spamassassin that is free has more fine control in classification of emails didn't make us very happy!
Our business has been receiving emails almost every day which are obviously spam but haven't been detected as such by the firewall. If we could block any email containing specific keywords we could dramatically reduce the number of spam emails we get.

I think it would be better, if theres a functionality to filter email headers (f.e. SPAM-Scores of external providers) and Bodys with Keywords and Reguar-Expressions.
