Remote Desktop Integration
While investigating malware issues, it is very often necessary to either visit a computer in person, or if it is remote, to connect to it via the Remote Desktop Protocol.
It would be nice to be able to right click on a computer within SEC and have an option to connect to the client via RDP. SEC could launch the Microsoft Terminal Server Client (mstsc.exe) and pass the IP address/hostname of the client as a parameter.
This would allow the administrator to connect to the client without having to 'leave' the SEC console and launch the RDP connection manually. The benefit is that the administrator, who is already dealing with an issue, can quickly make the connection they need from the console they are already familiar with, saving time and allowing more focus on the issue at hand.
