Force Uninstall Utility
A support tech told me awhile back that you may be working on a utility to forcefully remove the software and all of its relevant registry keys, folder structure, services, etc. I think this should be made a priority as it seems we are constantly uninstalling and reinstalling only to have the same problems after reinstalling.
Your KB article for a manual uninstall is insufficient.

We see quite a few migrating from on-premises to Central where the AutoUpdate component fails to install and we have to run it from the machine's download cache.
For Central we are working on improving the installer and the uninstaller so that there will be an option to force removal (command line in the case of the installer) that will do all it can to clean up the current install so that the system is in a state where the endpoint can be cleanly installed with a better success rate.
This is the Script ime currently using to "force uninstall" > https://gist.github.com/Coopeh/8470068

We have received requests from Japanese important customers.
I'm staring at about a dozen computers right now that I cannot uninstall or upgrade Sophos Endpoint Protection on. For the love of all that is holy please fix your product or at the VERY LEAST GIVE ME AN UNINSTALLER OR PROCESS THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE MANUAL REMOVAL OF THOUSANDS OF REGISTRY ENTRIES.
There is an other older post that exists! check before you post!
But I like...

I made an account just to vote for this. It's long overdue and necessary.
Trash if you don't!
Fix this ASAP.

An uninstall utility to remove all relevant folders and registry keys would be nice. I have had several botched installs and the only way to get the agent to reinstall correctly was to go through and remove well over 100 registry keys from each system to get the reinstall to work. Support was no help on this. Unacceptable.

I also try to uninstall the Sophos from one of our systems, but this is not to uninstall, we already disable the Tampered Protection. please suggest us how can we uninstall the Sophos

This needs to be moved up on the list of being completed, Sophos should have some type of tool that does this for you instead of relying on the uninstall package to do it.
