In the last few weeks I ran into at least three issues.
1. Trusteer Rapport (req'd by bank)
after exhaustive research I was able to find no solutions in your KB and as such reached out to your technical team. Although I received solution today it was only due to a previously scheduled appointment for another issue. I am still waiting for response for ticket #6922304
2. Retired Server OS
Your lack of support for retired server OS should be clearly stated in your KB and or forums. It wouldn't hurt to receive notification via email either.
I had endpoint successfully running on one of our 2003 sp2 servers and it simply quit working. I was told by your technician that this was due to this OS being retired.
3. Requested support for Terminal Server type install and was simply pointed to a basic server OS install. I am going to guess that this standard install will only be intrusive to my end user base so direction otherwise would be beneficial.
