Mail Manager: quick link/login page for helpdesk staff
Allow helpdesk staff to login directly to the Mail Manager without having to login on the front page then navigate through the menus to find and click on the "Open Mail Manager in new window" button.
This would allow helpdesk staff:
- to use a saved favorite/shortcut/url (eg. https://utm:4444/qm)
- be presented with the standard login page
- after successful authentication, be directed straight to the Mail Manager
Helpdesk staff do not need to see all the inner workings of the UTM nor all the various menus in the UI (they do not have permission to most of it anyway). They just want quick access to the things they use most often... checking the email quarantine and SMTP Log for end users.
This feature request does not require any changes to user permissions or additional functions within the UI. Just make it easier to open the Mail Manager.

It would be even more useful to allow users to access the quarantine for their own email address. This would emulate the functionality that the cloud-based systems are currently providing.

While there is no direct login to Mail Manager, you can achieve what you want. On the 'Access Control' tab of 'WebAdmin Settings':
Add a new Role named "Mail Manager"
Drag the user into 'Members'
Select "Mail Manager"
Now you have a user that can log into WebAdmin, but he only sees tools for a mail manager - he cannot change the configuration.
