Mail Protection: Recipient Blacklist
There is already a global Sender Blacklist for blocking unwanted Sender addresses.
It would be nice to also have a Recipient Blacklist. If you have several mail addresses on your internal mail server that are for internal use only and should not be reached from the outside you could put them on that blacklist. This is especially useful for large distribution Groups or archiving mailboxes where external Messages can be unwanted and annoying.

Does Sophos even work on mail portions of the UTM anymore? No features or usability enhancements on this since it was Astaro.

3 years now, still not available. This is an essential feature that would save me a lot of time. And from a programmers point of view this shouldn't be too hard to implement.

This would be a really useful feature...most other email filters have this option.

I also need this feature. Our staff have an email address they are not supposed to email in a certain format. They still are. I have been asked to block outbound mail to this address. Would be excellent if UTM could do this.

Agreed - and while I'm sure some systems (like Exchange) can limit use of certain addresses to authenticated users only (as it does with distribution groups by default), sometimes we need to turn that off for things like SSRS to send email - at least in SQL 2008.

I agree. A global blacklist for recipient would be a very usefull feature.
We got lots of lists, that are only for internal usage and sometimes the addresses are going public - but shouldn't be accessible via external network.
