Anyone explain why Sophos is not wanting to add this? The command line, with errors, don't make it easy to even figure out where to go after KB instructions fail. ***** it, I'm wasting my time posting this.

This is super simple, you can just have one of the drop-downs in the certificate management (currently "Generate and "upload") say "Create CSR" and then fill out the appropriate info. You could then download and complete the process. From there there should be an "Upload completed CSR" or similar.
The only thing that really needs programming is the logic to hang onto the .pem privkey and similar to complete the upload, so they don't have to combine into a pkcs (current process).
I was able to generate SSL for half a dozen other devices in two or three clicks... but for the UTM it took me a good 30-45 minutes because of all the steps involved. This should really be done.
