Quarantine Manager RSS feed
I'd like to see an RSS feed added to the mail manager in the user portal, specifically for end users. Some of my users are micro managing their email quarantine by just staying logged into the mail manager all hours of the day. With RSS support MS Outlook 2007 and Internet Explorer, this could probably be sold as an Outlook / Internet Explorer integration as well.

Yes, its pretty new. I keep sending out requests for comments to the users and so far have actually had no false positives other thatn the SPF filter blocking a couple of news letters that people were expecting. The company we deployed this to is actually a web design and interactive media company so they are a little bit further advanced than the typical office deployment. Also we sold them on this as a replacement for SPAM Ninja from Sunbelt, and they all miss the "Junk" folder that Ninja was moving suspected SPAM to. Programmers and designers like to feel like they are in control and they will use every feature available to them. One of them has actually requested the RSS feeds for both the contents of his quarantine and his mail log if possible.
I realize the idea of the SPAM digest is supposed to be the answer, but twice a day is not frequent enough for them, its been asked for some users to recieve their digest hourly or even when a certain amount of messages end up in quarantine. I think the RSS feed would give them realtime access to this information and even keep them out of the user portal.

Aaron, is this a fairly new installation? We're not seeing that many false positives after the first few weeks when people populate their whitelists.
