Allow Quarantine reports for specified recipients to be sent to another specified recipient.
Quarantine reports for mailing lists like "sales@mydomain.com" should be sent to a manager, not to the entire sales team. Currently there is only the option to not send the report at all. Please add the option to send the report to a different recipient.
