possibility to redirect quarantine reports for e.g. ticketing system to administrator (to not create tickets for quarantine reports)

Thank you Phillipp, adding the offending addresses as additional email addresses to my administrator account works perfectly to solve this problem in my case- and I couldn't find this documented anywhere else.

I would go further, quarantine E-Mails for distribution-adresses for example should have the possibility to be managed by more than one person.
Above mentioned problem can be solved with a trick (only if the ticket-system-mail-adress is static like ticket@ticketsystem.com) by adding the adress as additional E-Mail-Adress to the administrator-account.
