Incosistency in 'name' idevice in devicelist
Device Name in Devicelist normally includes the Apple model id, like 'iPad6,11 serialnr'
like:
Name Model
iPad6,11, GCGVQ19VHLJK iPad (5th generation)
Randomly the modelnr is missing whilst it is correctly shown in the individual device properties.
Like:
iPad,GCGVMC4THLFC iPad (5th generation)
Any solution?

We have a backend service, which looks up the model number and resolves it into a readable name. New models are handled manually in a weekly manner and the devices gets updated as soon as this is published.
Is this not the case on your side?
Can you look again after e.g. a week
