It will good for us to have a field to choose the authentication method when using secure email. Actually is possible only with password but we use certificate based authentication, so we can't use secure mail for our customers.

Within the restrictions settings it would be great to be able to restrict app updates to Wi-Fi only.... at the moment this can't be done meaning my mobile data roaming bills are rather large!

The authenticator functionality needs a method for transporting the keys between phones. I just spent 5 hours moving them out of sophos and into auth because this app does have that feature. This is a major failing that will make the functionality unusable in the medium term as phones change or get lost too often not to have backups of such vital info.

Our organization is using Sophos Mobile to manage password policies on 90+ MacBooks. We want to utilize the Auto-Lock setting, however several users are complaining about the maximum 5 minute setting. I'm confused why 5 minutes is the highest you can go when the options are much longer in the Windows Policy setting, but we would really like to see a 15 or 20 minute option for this option in the MacOS Password Policy Auto-Lock setting.

If I were to configure Exchange manually on the iPhone, I have the option to synchronize Notes. When I setup the Exchange account within Sophos Central, it only synchronizes Mail, Contacts, Calendars and Reminders. Notes is not shown.

Please implement a function to synchronize drafts with an Exchange Server as outlined in Ticket #8521661.
Currently dratfs are local to a device which doesn't allow for cross-platform editing of drafts.

In order have Secure Mobile Connection to the company (permanent/automatically or just on demand or simply per App VPN). A Sophos owned VPN Client, integrated in Sophos Mobile App or even standalone VPN App would be needed. The VPN should at least work together with XG Firewall/UTM Remote VPN.

It would be great if you could distribute several Exchange accounts via MDM to iOS devices, because then the private / business seperation would be given for these additional accounts (without Secure eMail).
Are there plans for that? Or is there iOS restrictions here?

Can you please rethink about supporting "Apple School Manager". This is an Issue for schools: we cannot address Sophos Mobile without this feature. Usually a school gets up to 500 iPads that will be used by kids.
