Selecting multiple emails in the Quarantine / Self Service Portal
The Quarantine / Self Service Portal does not have the option to select multiple emails for approval or blocking. The user has to select one email at time. The Sophos Email appliance had the check box option which is not available in the Sophos Central Email Gateway. Selecting an individual emails is cumbersome to users especially when there is 500+ emails in the quarantine / self service portal.
