Mail Protection: Add "delete" and "blacklist" buttons (to the current "release" and "whitelist") to quarantine digest email
This would make user blacklisting significantly easier and reduce the amount of email held in the quarantine .
An email address (or an Exchange public folder) managed by Astaro device where to forward mail messages to be added to a users blacklist / spam folder
When the quarantine report arrives to each invidivual email account, the only two options are "whitelist" and "release", can the option to "block" the user also be added, as most users are not savvy eough to log in to their portal site to block the email address.

In addition, users need to see their rejected messages in their report as well, not just quarantined items. Our users are not pleased that they have to log into the user portal to see all their rejected messages. Another solution we had before, would allow users to get a daily report of their entire mail log for that day that would allow them to blacklist, whitelist, or release messages as they deemed appropriate. This feature would certainly reduce confusion and the number of help desk calls we receive.

Why not have all of the choices available on the 'SMTP Quarantine' tab in Mail Manager and the User Portal?
I agree too much time to have to open another login
